    To join our affiliate program, you must have a valid website, blog, or social media account with relevant content. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

    3. Commission Structure

    We store your personal data securely and take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Your data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

    4. Data Sharing

    • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 15% commission on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
    • Cookie Duration: Our cookies last for 30 days. You will earn commissions on sales made within 30 days of a user clicking your affiliate link.

    4. Payouts

    • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal.
    • Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum balance of $50 is required for payout.
    • Returns and Refunds: If a customer returns a product, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your earnings.

    5. Promotional Methods

    • Allowed Methods: Affiliates may promote using high-quality banners, text links, product reviews, and other promotional materials provided by Hobbyist Decals.
    • Prohibited Practices: Misleading or deceptive marketing practices, including spam, false advertising, and fraudulent activities, are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not engage in any activities that harm the reputation of Hobbyist Decals.

    6. Tracking and Reporting

    Our advanced real-time tracking system ensures you can monitor your referrals and commissions effortlessly through your affiliate dashboard. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly integrated and working correctly.

    7. Termination

    Hobbyist Decals reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities without notice. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited.

    8. Modifications

    Hobbyist Decals reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    9. Liability

    Hobbyist Decals is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program. We do not make any express or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or the commissions.

    10. Relationship of Parties

    Affiliates are independent contractors of Hobbyist Decals. Nothing in these terms will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hobbyist Decals operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
